中東戰事引發全球鋁業供應鏈斷裂警報
能源與物流危機下的生存考驗
自 2026 年 3 月底起，中東地緣衝突全面升級，已直接衝擊全球能源供應鏈。作為與各位並肩作戰的夥伴，我們必須透明地說明：當前的報價調升並非單純的市場波動，而是受戰爭引發的連鎖成本爆發所迫。
一、 「能源海嘯」推高生產底價
鋁被稱為「固體電力」，其成本的 40% 取決於能源。
- 石油與天然氣飆漲：中東戰事封鎖了戰略水道，引發全球原油價格大幅波動。受此影響，全球電解鋁廠的電力成本在過去三週內暴漲 30% 以上。
- 產能直接受損：全球鋁業巨頭的部分設施因空襲及電力中斷，已宣布減少 19% 以上的產能，導致市場供需失衡。
二、 「物流瓶頸」導致運費與保險翻倍
- 航道封鎖：霍爾木茲海峽的危機導致 18% 的全球出口鋁材無法順利運出。
- 戰爭附加費：行經風險區域的貨物被徵收極高的戰爭保險費，因繞道航程增加 14-21 天，這導致每噸鋁錠的物流成本增加了 200-400 美元。
三、 「缺料恐慌」引發價格破紀錄
- LME 現貨飆升：LME鋁價在 4 月初已站上 $3,400 美元，部分機構預測在極端供應缺口下，價格恐衝破 $4,000 美元 大關。
- 現貨溢價：目前市場上出現嚴重的「搶料」現象，現貨溢價（Premium）已達到歷史新高。
四、 給客戶的誠懇建議
目前的成本結構是由 石油漲價 + 戰爭保險費 + 產能中斷 堆疊而成。我們正在竭盡全力維持穩定的供應鏈，但外部環境已超出單一貿易環節所能承受的範圍。
建議貴司：「以穩價保供為首要任務」。短期內價格下行機率極低，建議提前預留至少 2 個月的訂單週期，以規避可能發生的物流停滯風險。
